Secretary
Jennifer Costa
My name is Jenn Costa, and I’m the Secretary for the Central Valley Stonewall Democrats. I grew up and spent most of my adult life in the East Bay before moving to San Joaquin County in 2022. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and a proud momma. In my spare time, you can find me baking, spending time with friends and family, thrifting, and trying to make the world a better place for our future generations.

Treasurer
Starla Beauchamp
With over 25 years of experience in finance and a Master’s in Accounting, I am honored to lend my professional expertise to the Central Valley Stonewall Democrats as Treasurer. A Central Valley resident for over a decade, my commitment to this work is deeply personal; as a member of a minority community and a proud family member of LGBTQ+ individuals, I am driven by the firm belief that human rights and safety belong to everyone. I am justice-minded and dedicated to ensuring our local advocacy is supported by fiscal integrity and transparency. When I’m not balancing the books, you can usually find me with a crochet hook in hand, catching up on the latest TV shows, or revisiting the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
